Auros is produced with grapes from several selected properties in Napa Valley that are fermented separately and then carefully blended together to offer a Cabernet Sauvignon that the winery describes as "a softer, more refined expression of the valley’s signature red grape." Winery note: "Auros is crafted with hand-selected fruit from a combination of vineyard blocks in four revered Napa Valley sub-appellations: Oak Knoll, Oakville, Rutherford, and Stag’s Leap. Unlike some other Cabernet Sauvignons from Napa Valley, Auros has soft, round tannins and a velvety texture."
