Blended from the finest blocks within their slice of that legendary To Kalon terroir, this reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is structured and cellar-worthy, with hugely concentrated flavors of black cherry and plum meeting cinnamon, clove and dried herbs. Tiny amounts of Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc add intriguing layers in this expression of the singular elegance and powerful character of To Kalon. This wine is a treasure and really needs to be hidden away in a cave (or your cellar) for another few years to finish its evolution. Whether you get a dragon to guard the entrance is entirely up to you.
