The darker, richer side of Nuits comes through in the 2011 Nuits St. Georges Roncières. Fleshy, dark, and voluptuous, the 2011 is layered with dark cherries, spices, menthol and pine. There is a level of depth that is quite appealing. Firm muscular tannins frame the powerful finish.
