Our Shipping fees and Shipping Experience We only use Styrofoam shipping containers for maximum insulation from the weather and for best protection against breakage. We use two types of tape to seal our boxes; your traditional 2 inch tape plus a security labeled tape to insure no one opens the box but you. We only use UPS which is not the least expensive but the most reliable carrier. If there's a damage claim we do not wait until we are refunded by the carrier. We quickly replace, exchange or refund the money. In addition to shipping fees, there will be a 1% insurance fee that will be based on the overall price of the wine. This 1% insurance fee only covers damage caused in transport and NOT any damage caused by weather conditions. From the federal mandate for an adult signature, we would highly recommend shipping to where you are located during normal business hours. This will ensure prompt delivery of your wine.
